While Deborah, Paul, and Aiden were off planting flowers at Paul's house, Fiona and I sat outside enjoying the warm sunshine together. Fiona pointed and said, "Let's go for a ride on your motorcycle, Daddy!" I've been longing for the day when I can once again ride with someone, so I didn't immediately say no — instead, I plopped Fiona onto the seat to see if she was big enough yet. (Indiana law doesn't specify an age; the requirement is that the passenger should be able to touch the footpegs.) Not quite yet, but sometime, sometime soon. Maybe another year or two...

Nice! Riding motorcycles is sure different in the States than it is here in Indonesia - I just posted some pictures of us riding our motorcycle on my blog - if you want to check it out, it is www.xanga.com/junglewife =) Here it's often the main family transporation. There's no minimum age or size for riding a motorcycle. We've often seen guys driving their motorcycles with one hand and holding their babies in the other!!!
I sure enjoy reading your blog and catching up with your live in Winona Lake! I know that Fiona will enjoy riding your motorcycle when she is big enough - just a few more years!
