My cup overfloweth...
The garden has certainly been productive. That's just from one picking, and there are plenty more, ripening. What in the world am I going to do with this many peppers?
There are five major options: eat 'em, can 'em, dry 'em, freeze 'em, or give 'em away.
For peppers, it has been my experience that drying and/or freezing works better than canning. Athough you _can_ can your own salsa, and people do, it tends to be a bit runny.

Those are the shiniest peppers I ever saw.
There are millions of things you can do with peppers! You'll run out of peppers before you can run out of things to do with em'!
You asked, but we all know you're just going to chow down and eat them all. Try to save one or two for Deborah. Does Fiona like them yet?
